On-Going Services:
1/ Accounting Services - set up and manage your business transactions and invoices (Accounts receivable and accounts payable), bookkeeping, and more, for a recurring monthly fee.
2/ Payroll Services - set up and manage your business payroll and pay your employees and contractors with direct deposits, and more, for a recurring monthly fee.
3/ Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Reporting Services - Provide FP&A and reporting including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, along with our custom reports that include key business drivers and insights on regular basis for a recurring monthly fee.
One-Time Services:
1/ Accounting Services - we set up your business on a financial software and train and guide you thru the ins and outs of handling your books, revenue and expenses for a one-time service fee so you can manage the software on your own, whether you are new in business, or would like to transition from existing software to another.
2/ Payroll Services - we set up your business on a software and provide training for handling your payroll for a one-time service fee, whether you are new in business, or would like to transition from existing to a new software.
3/ Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Reporting Services - This includes one-time preparation of monthly and annual budgeting (direct and indirect budget), monthly and quarterly forecasting (revenue and cashflow), and monthly and quarterly financial performance reporting, amongst others. In our custom reporting, we develop and set up key measures and metrics and provide insights as to where your business has been and how you can generate more revenue and profits and grow from there.

Here is how it works.
First, contact us and we will arrange a kickoff meeting over the phone or video calls - Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet. Second, following our meeting, we ask you to fill in a questionnaire online (a page or two) about your business and a contract of the service (a page or two), and thirdly, we initiate the process and start delivering our services as agreed upon whether what you need is payroll services, accounting services, or FP&A and reporting services.
We keep it simple. We do it online from start to finish or if you choose, we can meet in person. We don’t want to limit our services to your or our location – after all we are in a virtual era. - That’s where we come in and that’s the CFC difference, the very idea our business model built upon.
